Membership is open to members of the National Recycling Coalition (NRC). Many state recycling organizations (SROs) are affiliated with the NRC and offer joint membership.

CURC activities are guided by the by-laws of the NRC and activities are planned and organized by a Steering Committee of members. Elections to Steering Committee positions are held annually.
The annual business meeting is held at the National Recycling Congress. Steering Committee members meet monthly via conference call. CURC Members can review the monthly meeting minutes in the Members Only section of this web site.
