CURC members come together once a year as part of the annual NRC Congress & Expo. Over a four period, collegiate recycling professionals come together to share best practices and network. In addition to the general NRC conference events, CURC sponsors an all day workshop and tour on a nearby college campus as well as roundtable discussions, social events and regular conference sessions on collegiate specific topics. CURC activities are guided by the by-laws of the NRC and activities are planned and organized by a Steering Committee of members. Elections to Steering Committee positions are held annually.
The annual business meeting is held at the National Recycling Congress. Steering Committee members meet monthly via conference call. CURC Members can review the monthly meeting minutes in the Members Only section of this web site.
